Shudder has announced a brand new documentary series dropping just in time for Halloween! The six-episode series puts the focus on some of horror’s most killer icons, with each episode centering on one singular icon of fear. Presented by Stage 3 Productions, the series is written and directed by Gabrielle Binkley and Anthony Uro, executive produced by Phil Nobile Jr. (Fango’s own EIC), Kelly Ryan and Mark Shostrom.
Some of the special guests slated for the six-episode run include Ryan Turek of Blumhouse, Drac & Swan Boulet (The Boulet Brothersโ Dragula), Ashlee Blackwell (Horror Noire documentary writer and producer), Jeffrey Reddick (Final Destination), David Bruckner (The Night House), Ben Kissel and Henry Zebrowski (The Last Podcast on the Left), April Wolfe (Black Christmas, 2019), and filmmaker and drag artist Peaches Christ. The Behind The Monsters docu-series will debut on October 26, followed by weekly episodes, streaming only on Shudder.
