Say cheese and die!

Smile, the debut horror feature from Parker Finn, has been just about everywhere this weekend – from the creepiest marketing campaign you’ve ever seen at a baseball game to a Fantastic Fest chat with Team Fango.

Smile follows Dr Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) who “after witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, […] starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.” The final trailer for Smile can be watched here from Paramount Pictures.

Now, the creepy grin from Smile – which made its world premiere this weekend at Fantastic Fest – is taking over Craiyon, the AI model (formerly known as DALL·E Mini) that can draw images from any text prompt, in its first-ever brand integration. The site has been responsible for some downright unsettling artificially created images, and now you can make your own by visiting Craiyon and clicking for smiles.

Take a look at the truly nightmare-inducing examples this AI cursed us with:

Well, that’s definitely the scariest thing to happen to smiles since trips to the dentist. Share yours on Twitter by using #craiyon

Smile will feature in the upcoming issue of FANGORIA, which you can pre-order here, and will release in theaters on September 30th.
