According to the press release we just received from the good folks over at Shudder, an all-new season of Creepshow (the streamer’s long-running horror anthology series) will start rolling out – when else? – on Friday, October 13th. How’s that for excellent timing?
Says the press release:
“Creepshow season four will debut on Shudder, AMC+ and AMC on Friday, October 13th with a six-episode binge premiere on Shudder and AMC+ and new episodes airing weekly at 10:00 pm ET/9c on AMC linear.
Based on George A. Romeroโs iconic 1982 horror-comedy classic, Creepshow is still the most fun youโll ever have being scared. A comic book comes to life in a series of vignettes, exploring terrors ranging from murder, creatures, monsters, and delusions to the supernatural and unexplainable. You never know what will be on the next pageโฆ”
A “six-episode binge premiere?” We like the sound of that! We also like the looks of the trailer Shudder sent along. Let’s take a look…
From the looks of things, we’ve got an alien/UFO-themed episode to look forward to, plus a few exciting guest stars (Tom Atkins hive, activate!), and plenty more of the goofy-yet-spooky tone that defines the Creepshow experience. This series has only gotten better with each passing season, so we cannot wait to dive into the new stuff when the show returns on Friday, October 13th.
Nothing further to report on Creepshow S4 at this time, but rest assured we’ll keep you informed as updates roll in. Stay tuned for those, folks!
