Our pal Felissa Rose reached out to bring us the trailer for her new film, writer/director/star Sean Whalen’s Crust.
The plot synopsis they’ve provided is a little bare, but we’re reading between the lines here and… ewww.
“Follow Vegas Winters, a laundromat owner who uses socks from customers to clean himself, and a pile of socks that turns into a creature seeking revenge after Vegas gets abused.”
So, Crust is probably gonna be the grossest thing you watch the week it comes out, is what we’re getting.
Here’s the trailer, which, if we’re understanding what they’re putting down here, is positively restrained.
Crust also stars Daniel Roebuck (The Munsters), Rebekah Kennedy (2 Witches) and Ricky Dean Logan (Back to the Future Part II), along with Shawntay Dalon (The Detroiters) and Alan Ruck (Succession). Also Featuring William Gabriel Grier (Paranormal Blacktivity), Roxy Striar (Always Lola), Charles Chudabala (Ugly Sweater Party) and Subhah Argawal (Plan B).
Rose and Whalen are producing alongside Daniel John Kearney (Dark Circles), and Chris Sergi (I’m Just Fu*king With You).
No word on a release date, but when that news comes, we’ll be sure to holler.
