The Gathering, hosted by York-based film festival Dead Northern, is an upcoming event on Friday 13 January 2023 intended to unite all manner of horror fans including filmmakers, artists and alternative businesses. The event will also see introductions from northern businesses and talks from notable and successful individuals in the industry.
Dead Northern saw their fourth horror film festival take place earlier this year, with the world premieres of indie horror filmsย The Stranger, Searching for Veslemรธy,ย Shadow Vaults as well as showcasing local Yorkshire-made horror, including Troma-producedย dark comedy Eating Miss Campbell.
The event will be held at the Manhatta York from 7:00pm until late, and a general entry ticket includes your first drink free.
