Orange alert! The Queen of ‘Ween, the hostesss with the mostest, maven of the macabre Elvira, Mistress of the Dark is joining Joe Bob this Friday night to bring us unpleasant dreams. That’s right, the one and only Cassandra Peterson will join Joe Bob and Darcy for the Shudder Original special, The Last Drive-In: Joe Bob’s Haunted Halloween Hangout. The special premieres this Friday, October 21 live on the Shudder TV feed at 9pm ET/8c. Fans can also watch on demand on Shudder and within the Shudder offering in the AMC+ bundle on Sunday, October 23.
The Last Drive In Halloween special is becoming something of an annual tradition, with last year’s Halloween Hoedown, and the previous years’ Halloween Hideaway and Halloween Hootenanny. This year, Joe Bob Briggs returns with a special The Last Drive-In double feature just in time for Halloween, but as always— you’ll have to tune in to find out which treats (or tricks) Joe Bob and Darcy have in store for this year’s festivities.
