As we slip into the season of Halloween houses and haunted hayrides, feast your eyes on these exclusive pics from Hellbilly Hollow, the upcoming supernatural horror from Blood Type director Kevin Wayne.
Hellbilly Hollow stars actor and musician Kurt Deimer (Halloween), McKalin Hand (Black Lightning) and Hallie Shepherd (The Werewolf Diaries). Director Kevin Wayne also stars in the film, while the gruesome FX are by Jonathan Thornton (Oculus, Kill Theory).
The brutal backwoods horror was produced by Andy Gould, the producer behind Rob Zombie’s House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects, 31 and The Lords of Salem – and from the looks of these pictures, Hellbilly Hollow looks to be a grimy, gory grindhouse ride of a similar vein.
Hellbilly Hollow’s official plot synopsis reads as follows:
Bull (Deimer) protects his not-so-small younger brother Tickles (Wayne) from the outside world, but who protects the outside world from Tickles? A team of YouTube paranormal activity seekers come to Bull’s haunted attraction in the backwoods to find more than they bargained for, as they follow thrill-seekers on a haunted hayride. Fear and death plague those who enter and those who seek the past. But can it all lead to a better place?
The Hellbilly Hollow team will present exclusive footage, as well as a cast & crew panel at the upcoming Son of Monsterpalooza convention.
