Say cheese and die!

This Thursday, Parker Finn’s Smile starring Sosie Bacon (Mare of Easttown) will have its world premiere at the Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar as the opening night movie of Fantastic Fest 2022. Before its debut, we are happy to reveal an exclusive first look at a new poster for Smile.

Ahead of its premiere at Fantastic Fest, Paramount Pictures commissioned a mural by Austin artist Truth at the Alamo Drafthouse Slaughterhouse Lane location in Austin. Take a look at a time-lapse of the mural being painted. If you are in Austin, you can check out the mural right now.

After witnessing a bizarre, traumatic incident involving a patient, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) starts experiencing frightening occurrences that she can’t explain. As an overwhelming terror begins taking over her life, Rose must confront her troubling past in order to survive and escape her horrifying new reality.

Smile releases in theaters September 30 and is featured in the next issue of FANGORIA, which you can pre-order here.
