Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th) has a new “low-burn home invasion thriller with a slasher twist” on the horizon. This time Hodder will embody “Goatface”, a brutish killer collecting gruesome kills. The story centers on Audra (Arielle Raycene) as she is gifted her dream house for graduation. But this is not a tale of making dreams come true, no… this is a nightmare story, and it becomes exactly that when some uninvited guests show up to the party. And they aren’t very subtle about their disapproval of the home’s new owner.
It also features Ellie Gonsalves (Fighting With My Family, Big Brother), Monica Sims and Dani Mathers, with creature effects by Ben Bornstein (Resurrection, Nanny).
The team shot entirely on location in Cape Cod, Massachusetts with the story set in the fictional town of West Craven. Writer-director Steve Wolsh (Muck) draws inspiration from the horror films of the ’70s and ’80s, utilizing all practical effects. This will be released on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and VOD later this year, but you can check out the first official trailer right here.
