Sadly, we are still embargoed from sharing our opinion of Brian Duffield’s No One Will Save You, an alien (home) invasion thriller hitting Hulu later this week, but we can share with you this newly-released clip from the film, which finds star Kaitlyn Dever hiding from the malevolent extraterrestrial presence that’s broken into her home.

This clip really showcases the sort of thrills No One Will Save You has in store. So much of this film involves the intense cat-and-mouse games being played by Dever and her unwelcome guests, in a variety of sequences and set pieces that really need to be seen to be believed. There’s much more to No One Will Save You, of course, but this is very much a film you’ll want to sit down with knowing as little as possible beforehand. Trust us on that!

For those who haven’t been keeping up with our No One Will Save You coverage, here’s an official plot synopsis:

“Brynn (Kaitlyn Dever) finds solace within the walls of the home where she grew up until she’s awakened one night by strange noises from unearthly intruders.”

Duffield, of course, is the writer/director behind the surprisingly bloody (and utterly excellent) 2020 rom-com Spontaneous (a completely different sort of beast than No One Will Save You, to be sure, but just as efficient in its approach to keeping an audience on its toes). If you’re a fan of extraterrestrial horror, home invasion thrillers, or creature features, you absolutely want to make time for No One Will Save You when it hits Hulu on September 22nd.

Stay tuned for more on No One Will Save You as further updates roll in.
