Brand New Cherry Flavor drops on Netflix in two weeks and we have too much deliciousness to share with you! The eight-episode limited series centers on a wonderful mix of Hollywood and the occult, (Any Cast A Deadly Spell fans out there?) The series is based on Todd Grimsom’s novel of the same name. Lisa Nova (Rosa Salazar) is an aspiring film director who chases her aspirations to Hollywood, circa 1990. Along the way, she “tumbles down a hallucinatory rabbit hole of sex, magic, revenge – and kittens.” You had us at 1990’s horror, we’re extra on board for the kittens (please don’t hurt the kittens).

Nick Antosca (The Act, Channel Zero) and Lenore Zion (Billions, Channel Zero) serve as executive producers, showrunners and writers. The series also stars Catherine Keener (Get Out), Eric Lange (The Empty Man), Jeff Ward (Channel Zero) and Manny Jacinto (Bad Times At The El Royale).
We won’t leave you hanging, feast your eyes on all the wonderful weirdness this trailer has to offer. We are especially fond of the toenail horror.
