Phenomena, Demons 2, Stagefright, Santa Sangre, Lord of Illusions… there’s a new concert film/documentary in the works celebrating the man behind the music. Horror Music Legends: Simon Boswell presents the incredible work of BAFTA-nominated British film score composer and musician Simon Boswell who has beenย credited withย soundtracks for over 100 horror and thriller films, and we have the exclusive poster reveal and a peek at some of the live concert footage.
Horror Music Legends featuresย Simon Boswell and his band Caduta Massiย performing his music live along with new interviews and insights into his expansive and epic career. On December 11th, 2021 the Horror Music Legends team filmed Simon Boswell and Caduta Massi with an accompanying string quartet performing live music in front of an audience at EartH theater in London. The performance included an expanded set of Boswell’s music fromย Dario Argentoโs Phenomena, Alejandro Jodorowskyโs Santa Sangre, Clive Barkerโs Lord of Illusions, Shallow Grave, Demons 2, Hardware, Dust Devil,ย StageFright, Perdita Durango. This evening of instrumental terror was also accompanied by stunning visuals from the iconic movies, featuring recorded video appearances byย Dario Argentoย andย Alejandro Jodorowsky performing along with the music.
