The marketing team behind Paramount and Parker Finn‘s Smile nailed the viral stunts of the 2022 horror hit (remember those creepy smilers?) – and it looks like they’re doing it again with this year’s sequel, Smile 2.
Arriving on October 18, Smile 2 centers on a pop star targeted by the franchise’s curse (another concert-set horror, yay!) and stars Aladdin star Naomi Scott, The White Lotus breakout Lukas Gage, Rosemarie DeWitt (The Staircase), with a return from scream king and Smile star Kyle Gallner.

And among the teaser for Skye Riley’s new single, Blood on White Satin (seen below), are ominous flashes of something that looks very out of place at a glamorous and glitzy concert. Clock those lyrics too – definitely not your standard pop princess fare…
