It’s been a while since we heard anything on David Gordon Green’s The Exorcist: Believer, but that radio silence is very likely coming to an end: Green’s film, a legacyquel of sorts to William Friedkin’s 1973 classic, hits theaters in October. That’s right around the corner! Probably time to get this marketing campaign going, yeah?

Hell yeah.

These are the first posters for David Gordon Green’s The Exorcist: Believer, which – as you can see – offer us a few different looks at the film’s two possessed children. There’s the one above…

There’s this one (yikes)…

…and, finally, there’s this group shot. In The Exorcist: Believer, Leslie Odom Jr. plays the father of a possessed little girl. In a desperate bid to rid her of the demon that’s taken over her body, he seeks out Ellen Burstyn’s character … who just might be able to offer some guidance on what to do when your kid gets hijacked by evil spirits. Odom Jr.’s not the only one with a possessed daughter, though, which means that whoever gets called in to exorcise these kids is really gonna have their hands full.

Nothing further to report on The Exorcist: Believer at this time, but rest assured there’ll be plenty more to come. We’ll keep you informed on those updates in between now and the film’s October 13th arrival in theaters. Stay tuned!
