Brand new Canadian supernatural thriller, The Return has released a new trailer and we are definitely creeped out. Starring The 100‘s Richard Harmon and Sara Thompson, the movie won Best Feature at the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival and Best Actor (Richard Harmon) at the New York City Horror Film Festival. After the death of his father, it seems Rodger (Harmon) may be inheriting a lot more than just a house. Check out the official synopsis:

Rodger returns home from college with two friends to settle the affairs of his recently deceased father. They begin to experience weird and unsettling occurrences in the house. Rodger is soon plagued by strange childhood memories about a haunting by a ghostly presence. These memories boil over into reality culminating in an intense showdown with the terror that has come back.

There’s some unsettling imagery in the trailer along with more than a few unsettling sounds! Directed by BJ Verot, also starring Echo Andersson (Channel Zero), Marina Stephenson Kerr (Cult Of Chucky, Channel Zero), Zoe Fish (The Grudge), Erik Athavale (Hunter Hunter), and Gwendolyn Collins (Channel Zero).

The Return premieres August 10 On Demand and Digital from Uncorkโ€™d Entertainment.
